 I think there are many advantages in the development of technology, but there are some disadvantages, too. First of all, for many years technology has helped us in many scientific and historical discoveries. For example in medicine and archaeology. Secondly, technology has given us the chance to know more quickly about news, events and other things around the world, without having to leave our house. However, technology can have some disadvantages, too. It can drive us away as human beings. Thanks to technology we are getting less friendly and living less the real life. I see kids in my school who no longer play in the park to be on their smartphones. In conclusion, we have so much to thank to technology for the incredible things it has done for us, but we need to avoid it too in order to be happier. Carlota Coelho, n.º 7, 9.º A | |
